Grit Force Fitness Gym gave me the opportunity to have an access to fitness. Having just the enough equipment to target my goal physique. Having a hectic work schedule a 24 hour access is convenient for those who works night shift. It’s an amazing place to get fit. The environment is friendly and family oriented.

I have attended classes at Grit Force Fitness for many years now, and from kids classes, to open gym, to regular functional training classes it all has been well coached, planned and taught. Without grit force I wouldn’t have seen such large roles be played when playing sports, I wouldn’t have my gff family, more would I have believed in myself to push the way I do!
Great gym, got a membership for working out of town out in Neepawa and it’s been amazing, always clean and machines in good condition
