We chose Pulte Homes expecting strong build quality and high standards of workmanship. Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. The overall construction feels subpar, with visible cracks in the driveway and other areas of the home. The workmanship and materials have not met the quality level we were led to expect. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Pulte Homes.
HOA is a huge pain. Most expensive in Princeton Extremely nitpicky and will complain, give notices and fines about every little issue. Regret buying my house here. Won't fix any issues, but will be quick to send notices.
Ramsey Hunt was an absolute joy to work with! She was professional, kind, knowledgeable and a great communicator. You can tell she loves what she does and works with a high level of integrity! Looking forward to working with Ramsey in the future.
