Customer service here is less than one star. There are way too many other convenience stores to go right down the street than this one. You might want to rethink the clerk that was working today.
I have been going to this store every morning for a long time to buy my lottery. I have always asked the staff member how he was doing and he has always seemed ok for the most part, not really social but that is ok. However, this morning I said good morning and asked how he was doing and he told me straight up that he was too busy to run my lottery and not to come in until after 7am. I work early and do not see the difference between me and any other regular customer that comes in to get coffee or whatever else they purchase... read more
Clean, great variety of a lot of different products and snacks
I was in there today Friday Sept 9, 2024 around 10am. The guy at the counter was rude, and raised his voice at me. He has done this before. Claims his name is Andy. (Not true) said he was the manager. He does not know the difference in a scratch off or a lottery ticket. The disrespect he showed me is horrible. I called and asked for the owner. I could not understand his answer. I am terribly disappointed with the lack of service. Shame on them!
