I just wanted to let other future tenants what they're about to get into. Whitewater park looks very tempting because of the idea of the ammeneties. But really, it's just the location that's convinient. For current residents that lease about to finish, make sure be present when they inspect your apartment, and then confirms about your deposit money prior move out, have them write a notice that they will give you your deposit back.
