I have been coming to this team for almost the whole year. Every appointment I end up there an hour early as I drive from Seattle where I work everyday. They never fail to still get me in most of the time early! Today I was running late. A first for me. I called and explained I would be 49 minutes late. How aweful. They checked in and said for me to come in anyway. They waited for me to get there and saw me as they were closing up. They didn’t have to do that. great quality and respectful workers
My son is a shy guy and this team made him feel comfortable and happy with his procedures. His final visit was a nice surprise by a mini celebration and visits were always easy to make. Pricing was fair compared to other places. I would highly recommend whitewater ortho.
