If you’re using the membership service consistently then it’s an okay company. The problems become apparent when you try to cancel. The cancellation is more of a request, and if they don’t cancel your membership when you ask then you’ll be charged for next month’s service. I canceled my membership about a week after I got a membership… which I only got by accident. But I was still charged 2 months in a row. This place is a joke. There machines scratched my back window, I filed a claim and they called to tell me that there cameras didn’t point at that angel and couldn’t tell if it was there before. Then told me they didn’t fine anything on the machines which is a lie because the worker came and told me he found something. Then when I called him out on that he said their machines aren’t strong enough to swipe across the back. Don’t recommend them and will be canceling my membership.

Me and my boyfriend have canceled this plan multiple times over multiple months we canceled it AGAIN in August. YOU HAVE OVERDRAFTED ME MULTIPLE TIMES AFTER MY PLAN SAYS IT'S CANCELED. WE CAN GO TO COURT ABOUT THIS AND Y'ALL CAN GIVE ME ALL MY MONEY Y'ALL OWE ME OR Y'ALL CAN REFUND IT LIKE AN ACTUAL BUSINESS COMPANY Y'ALL ARE SUPPOSED TO BE. I have left a voicemail with y'all multiple times . give me a call back as soon as possible. there's also one more solution we can all go to, which is court. Thanks .
