The place is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The equipment is nice and works properly. Only one complaint is the inconsistent in opening and closing time. This wasn't a problem when I live in rowlett and the place was 7 minutes away. But this pass sunday I moved.I drove from Rockwall just to wash my car at 10am and they were close. Now the vaccum were working just the drive thru wasn't on but their was an employee inside the building when I walk up to the building he ignored me so I left. I plan on canceling my mem... read more
If I could leave 0 stars on this review I would. I’ve been washing my car here for months and for the first time the tag wasn’t working because I was waiting for my new card in the mail. Lucas and Mario refused to let me get a wash saying they had no way to accommodate this and that I needed to give them money in order to wash my car. Not a single courtesy wash nothing. I’ll be cancelling my membership after this.
