I recently completed eight 45-minute personal training sessions with Kasey at Whitewater CrossFit, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’m very new to CrossFit, and I’ve been going to Whitewater CrossFit for just over a month. When I first reached out, I had serious doubts I could even do it because I always had so much pain in my knees and back whenever I tried more intense workouts. I’m 51 and figured I could no longer work out the way I used to.
