Plate number 167RSE. This driver is Reckless! He literally just pulled out in front of us. Waited for us to get to the intersection for him to pull out and cut my mother and I off. Came so close to crashing! Time stamp, 4pm, drove to a job located on Test road, near the turn that turns into Round Barn. Shameless and unprofessional. He needs fired! Putting lives in danger for no reason!
