Things were much better the last few visits. Dr. Pridgen is a great doctor with a great and witty personality. I've never had a problem with him. i would recommend him anyday.
The staff here is friendly polite and easy to talk to along with Sheeketa Smith FNP-BC who respects and listens to your issues. Unfortunately this not an easy find in today's medical practice. Very greatful to all of them.
I love this place. Shakeeta(NP) has been an angel to me. She always goes above and beyond to find different ways to address my issues. I swear yall she really cares about my overall health and loves her patients. She spends extra time talking with me when I feel defeated. I love this about her. Make Shakeeta your first choice when searching for an urgent care office I promise you won't regret it.
I went here on the very first day of the year with abdominal pain and headaches, and I was experiencing drowsiness. The NP or PA - I can’t remember which - pressed down on my stomach at the time, I found nothing wrong with that. However, a few months later, I started to think about how archaic that was. I was prescribed ibuprofen for my headaches anyway. A month later, I was still having problems, and I went somewhere else and got bloodwork done, which revealed that my iron was extremely low.
