My experience here was horrible half your staff has bad attitudes like they hate their jobs. Thanks for the nasty letter you sent other than trying to fix the problems. Never seen people act that unprofessional in my life in a doctor office kinda the reason I dont trust doctors. Dont worry about my medical records because nothing was even fixed in this place. Walked in early in the morning the whole staff looked at me like I was a problem. Dr.Pridgen has this facility too “ethnic” now. Left after I got to the window and how they greeted/looked at me with disgust.
Dr. Pridgen was very rude to my cousin, I do not appreciate that at all!!!
