Those girls in the office are the best!
It took me 1.5 days just to get information to rent an excavator with a thumb which was a waste of time. I was asked reason for the job and had to send pictures of my job site. I was told I couldn't use it for removing underbrush nor digging stumps so what's the point of renting equipment to not be able to use what its for. I was also told any rental requires me to get my own insurance that I have to find and pay for myself; they don't offer it. Customer service is poor and unknowledable about what equipment is used for.
