They did a great job of delivering my hot tub. But months later I have tried contacting them several times. Calls go straight to voicemail and they never return my calls. I have no idea what's going on with their customer service but it is subpar.
Absolutely amazing customer service! The transaction was smooth from beginning to end. Very high quality product. I have already referred them twice!
Very helpful and knowledgeable! Even though I didn't buy my swim spa at White Swan, the level of help and service I get from these guys is top-shelf.
