I purchased a brand-new 20k out the door Marquis spa with this company, and three years later it is leaking. We have gone months without any use. They sent a repairman out and just threw the foam on the ground inside the spa while repairing, I still have to get a foam replacement that insulates the spa from them and after their “repair,” I still have a leak and have texted countless times about it with no response.

So let me start off by saying i did not buy the hottub, the previous owners of our home did so i had NO IDEA how to work it lol I called WhiteSwan CSR after the hot tub stopped working and Micah was so helpful and assisted me with the problem over the phone. He was EXTREMELY helpful and became my favorite person this week lol i can not thank him enough for his help and the knowledge that i can call them when ever i need help.

Alan did a great job as my sales rep. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I never felt like he was trying to rush me or pressure me. Also, I was very impressed that the owner was willing to talk with me and even to come out to the house to help me understand my hot tub and to troubleshoot a few things.

Every interaction with Micah at Whiteswan Spas was above and beyond. He spent time with me on the phone and then in person answering my 100s of questions. He was patient and kind. He never tried to upsell me (matter of fact, he DOWN SOLD me). I felt I could trust him which made me trust purchasing from him would be a reliable purchase. The day our spa arrived it had a used cover and the spa was a bit dirty from the rain so I sent the store a message. Micah immediately called me.
