I was buying a some drain pipes for a kitchen sink. I went in greeted the sales person and hold him that I was going to show him a picture of the sink and tell him what I needed, since I don't really know the name of it. First thing he said to me was "I'm not a plumber and you don't know what you needed, you should have hire one".
