One of the most irresponsible vendors I've had the displeasure to have worked on a client's kitchen renovation. The owner refused to speak with me directly as he has no accountability for losing the manufacturer's kitchen sink clips. The stone was not cut well. It makes sense why they insisted my client get an under-counter-mount sink to hide their nonexistent quality control. The sink doesn't drop in flush. We gave you an unopened sink box, and yet… Please tell your boss that losing clips for my client's sink will cost him. Not even Park Slope Plumbing Supply has them. I neither forgive nor forget when an irresponsible vendor creates an issue for me. What Kentco sent doesn't work. 100% irresponsible and non-existent fiduciary accountability. I had the pleasure to work with Whitestone Marble & Granite Corp. on my recent kitchen install. Not only do they have an excellent selection of stones at all price points. They gave me a very competitive quote and did fabricating and installation in less than 2 weeks. The installation was impeccable and I couldn’t be happier with the end result.
