I had the pleasure of dealing with Jack over the span of a week or so. Nothing but helpful even though I did not end up purchasing the Vehicle. Great garage with a range of high end vehicles.
Beware – my advice is to stay away. When I arrived at Whitestone Approved Vehicles, the atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. From the outset, I felt looked down on because I knew what I was talking about as a customer. I’ve bought and sold over 300 cars privately and I’ve worked in customer service for most of my career. Respect, kindness, and good manners cost nothing – but here, it felt like money and bravado mattered more than the customer. Would highly suggest avoiding this garage unless you want non stop hassle and agro with your new car. Brought a new vehicle from them after seeing their claim online to have the best aftersales service, which turned out to be far from the truth!
