HORRIBLE SERVICE WITH INEPT TECHS AND PROCESS. This company contracts a service called Delta Appliance. We called about a broken laundry machine in a new apartment we just moved into. Technician came out on 5/16 for a diagnosis and charged us $75 (if you proceed with the repair, $75 would put against the overall repair fee).
