I was hesitant to bring my truck for a lift installation as i had never done business with this company before. I couldn't be happier they did such a fantastic job with my truck.
BUYER BEWARE!!! I was quoted $353 for a ball joint and an alignment. I took off the alignment and added an oil change. Should be less, right? Unless you're dealing with bait and switch thievery. As if the lack of parts and slow, sub-par work wasn't enough, try on a $160 OIL CHANGE!!! I thought there was a better chance of seeing Bigfoot than seeing a $160 oil change. For the record, this is for a sedan, not a school bus or 18 wheeler. Don't even drive past this place. They'll find a way to overcharge you.
Doing business with Whiteboro Spring has to be the single worst business experience of my life. Keep in mind, this entire experience was having a HD2 plow put on my customers truck, a 2024 Ram 2500. It started when I called for an estimate. That was the easy part. When I called back (the same number) a couple weeks later to schedule an appointment for the installation, they had no record of any estimate being given. This place is a joke replaced subframe on a trailer for a customer took it there for an alignment said they could not do anything because it only had adjusters on one side. That’s how they come from the factory? So any ways you charged the customer and sold him adjusters. Took to another local shop and they had no problem aligning the trailer. And Guess what they did not need the adjusters you sold.
