I mean I had a good experience in plant City I like everything about the facility they don't have private rooms for everybody though they only have private rooms for detox so I had roommates that were very messy the staff didn't do anything about it and then when I got over to Hyde Park PHP somebody stole two of my Vapes and the staff isn't going to do anything about it after they lied to us and said if somebody steals your vape we will replace it and I told him about both of my Vapes being stolen and they refused to replace... read more
Horrible staff and chain of command! The program overall puts on restrictions to focus on removing recovery addicts from the program rather than help them. Then make you wait (30)dys for re-entry/ if you live to make it. And if that don’t like your character; they will find a way to have you put out; there most common is altering a drug screening which places you’re back on the streets😢. DO BETTER!

Stay away from this place. My son spent 2 days here and called me crying he was so scared of the place and patients. Drove 2.5 hours to pick him up. Called several numbers to notify them of his discharge, but no one answered any phones at the facilities. The corp rep said he could not do anything about it and there was no manager to escalate to. Dr. Mann is a pompous conceited pill pusher. What a shame that such a great staff has to be connected to him. Lose the zero white sands. His lies will eventually bring him down.
Staff was beyond fantastic. Dr.mann a complete pill pushing lying quack. Loser get rid of him. Also saw a girl punched in the face by a dude. They have too many people there. Not safe

I'm sad to say that Whitesands was my 8th and 9th rehab stay. Their counselors, facilities, and program, in general, are amazing. I have never gone 'back to THAT rehab' before. But this time after my relapse, (from not doing what Whitesands taught me) - I knew I needed the same incredible level of treatment I received back in May 2021. People Beware! when u call they say they take insurance but they fail to inform its out of network. so it costs u. then when a person intoxicated or high n u admit yourself they make u sign papers n u don't know what your signing so that makes what u sign null n void cause u under influence then they say bring all meds in that i on n then they throw them all away! then when u call to get info on asked on u get different answers from diff people.
