After doing some research, I decided that WhiteSands of Longwood would be the best place for me to embark on my journey to recovery. I spent a total of 45 days inside the facility and felt at home from the moment I arrived there. The therapists did an brilliant job in keeping me engaged while educating me on my disease and helping me process through the emotional and behavioral components of it.
