The black receptionist with glasses simply has no manners and needs to be put in her place. I walked into the office with my pregnant wife and instead of a greeting she simply ignored us. Five minutes laters she begun to treat us both like we had covid-19 with a hostile tone. Not sure if she was having a bad day but the bad attitude was just not necessary.
Nice little medical imaging office that seems to be kept neat and clean with friendly staff. Convenient location.
Worst place to go to for anything! No wonder why the place is always empty. The technologist took my wife in for an ultrasound and my wife is pregnant so she asked if I could be there with her to hold her hand. The technologist said that she would call me in if took longer than 10 minutes. Here I am sitting 20 minutes later I asked the receptionist if I would be able to go in her name was Rachel she literally looks so miserable doing this job. Clean, made apt waited only 5 mins. Tech was efficient and quick. Free parking.
Worst ultrasound place we have been to. The technicians don't know what they are doing. The baby image they give is never clear. During 7.5 month ultrasound we asked if she know baby approximate weight and she replied only few grams. We were shocked and 2 days later when we asked our gynaecologist same question and she told us 1.8 kg. Thanks for the very wrong information and keep us worried.
