We had car problems the whole day and were stranded and we barely made it to this auto shop. Not even from here and had no idea what we were getting to. Brian went out of his way to come help us after many auto shops were closed. He explained what was wrong with the car in the easiest way and fixed it quickly. He also gave different directions because the highway was backed and was the most generous and kind guy I have ever talked to at an auto shop. Truly grateful for his help and definitely recommend this body shop!
I will not be returning to White's. I had a right wheel bearing replaced. My brakes were left unbolted, and the bearings were improperly installed. The work I had done here was a waste of time and money.

Our car broke down on I-85. We were headed to a hospital in Charlotte,NC coming from SC. It was a stressful event, but these guys at White's AUTO Repair and Towing had us picked at AND fixed very quickly. They were the 3rd place we called in the area, and the only ones that could come at the time...sure glad they did! It was a 5 star encounter with EVERY team member we engaged with that morning!
