Wendy and Charlie are very very nice people and their mechanics as well. All very knowledgeable and happy to help and answer questions. Overall I am extremely satisfied with their service. And now I have experience first hand why they have such a great reputation.
I just brought my 2002 Ford F250 to White's transmission due to a rumble I noticed between 45-60 mph. As soon as I brought it in I was told that it was likely an issue with the torque converter. Not a cheap fix, but still way cheaper than a whole transmission. They called me after test driving the vehicle the next day and said that it was not serious enough to replace. I had a transmission problems, my van was towed to Whites transmission for service. I received a call to advise what the problem was. My van Is a front wheel drive. The front axle and seal needed to be placed. Wendy front the front office was very accurate and honest with the repair price. I would like to thank everyone for helping during this project.
