Broke down heading north and needed a few things replacing in my old Transporter - 2 sensors had failed and caused the engine to run rich and clog the catalytic converter. They correctly diagnosed the other issues but took weeks to find the cat blockage and sort that out. Very slow service. Feel I was customer of least priority, had to chase them up constantly. I'd like to share a big thank you to Emma at Whites Tractor & Auto. I called Emma to see if they could help inspect my radiator and cooling system after an overheating issue reappeared. Emma was very honest but considerate with advice on availability. The day of the inspection assessment, an issue was found with a Welsh plug. After identifying the issue Emma took the initiative to call my Dealership for information on whether my car would be within warranty with the manufacturer.
