I went in to Whites Tire Service in Wilmington, NC, to get tires put on my cars and balanced. I come back to pick it up and no hub caps on. I went in and ask why and was told that some clips were broken. Funny I have had that car 3 yrs and sears has never broken them. He handed me my keys and my key chain has been broken, and I asked him what happen to this. He said, must have fell off. I know it is just a key chain, but heck, this is just bad customer care.
