Took an Onan generator to Terrance for a review/maintenance. Upon delivery at 9 am he said it would be "a couple hours". Came back at 2, no service. Came back at 4, they were working on it and said they would stay until it was done. At 6, they weren't done. Came back today 4/28 at 9 am and dropped it off again. Today, a check engine light was on the van for fuel vapor leak. The van and generator were picked up a little afternoon. My family and I were on the highway in an RV and suddenly started losing air in our front passenger tire. We were an RV full of women with no mechanical skills whatsoever. Only 4 miles off the highway and we pulled in. Terrance was outside working on a different car and when we approached him he stopped what he was doing immediately got us in. Can’t even begin to describe how incredibly well we were treated and the service was fast and efficient.
Coming back from N.C on a spring vacation with family had a blow out that ended with me being stuck on a sun at a gas station in this small town late at night thinking I was goin to have to sleep there with my kids till a store opens in the morning. Terrance's brother saw me and called Terrance they helped fix my problem got me back on the road. If I lived closer I wouldnt go anywhere else the honestly integrity and compassion this company has is had to find these days thank you again
This amazing company came to the rescue tonight. Our son and his family were traveling back to Florida after an amazing spring break in the North Carolina mountains with us. They had a blown tire on their RV that caused other issues. They needed assistance and these wonderful people help them. They are now safely back on the road headed home. We are forever grateful.
