I’ve used this pharmacy off and on for years. They’ve always been great, excellent customer service, no issues. However the last few months they don’t have/can’t get several of my medications. They say they are on back order, but other local (not chain) pharmacies always have them. Also a month or two ago when I called in about a new script that I was trying to get since my insurance no longer covers the name brand of my normal medication the pharmacist was rude, which isn’t something I’ve ever experienced at Whites.
Whites is by far the best! Such genuine and knowledgable staff. They treat you like family and go above and beyond what they are required.
