Called after hours and as instructed on the voicemail leave name,number etc . I was looking for 3 plastic plugs for my Pontoon , been over 2 weeks now almost 3 , no callback. No wonder your ratings are so low. People ,dont waste your time with this dealer .
Went there April 2023 , wanted a price on a boat and wouldn't even look it up. Seem cold, stand offish with poor customer service. They will not get my business or my 4 kids business for the years to come even though they are the closest boat dealer near me. The 1 star reviews are very similar to what I experienced also..... I saw your response and that's funny as I never said my price point, I simply said I want a tiller deep v that has a 5 person capacity and he wouldn't look it up and told me to check starcrafts website, ... read more
