I scheduled an appointment at 2pm, I showed up at 1:50pm. They told me the service will be late around 40 minutes. But I waited until 2:55pm and they hadn’t worked with my car. Never recommend this place for service . I wish I could give negative star

Cody was amazing. I truly appreciate how patient and understanding he was while helping me find what I needed. Sometimes we want to buy a new vehicle for the sake of buying, or upgrading, but other times we buy out of necessity because we were put in a situation where our means of transportation was destroyed due to circumstances out of our control. Extremely Disappointed I had a terrible experience with White’s Honda in Hopkinsville, KY. I purchased a vehicle from them, and within just two months, it broke down. I trusted them to sell me something reliable as this was a first vehicle for my daughter, but clearly that trust was misplaced. When I reached out for help, the customer service was completely unhelpful and dismissive. No one took responsibility, and I felt like once they had my money, I was no longer their concern.
