I called about a question on the bill. The contractor didn't provide me with the estimate so I was in shocked when the final bill came over 8 thousand more than the amount he kept telling me. I thought there was a mistake so i call. The woman I spoke to was very unprofessional, rude and not helpful, instead treated me like I am stupid. Not very good at all.
They came out last fall to install a gas line to our patio for a fire pit. They couldn't complete the job until we had the actual fire pit and told us to call back when we got it. The fire pit arrived this spring, so I called to schedule the completion of the job. And all I'm told is "we'll call you back when we get the schedule made up." That was almost a week ago, so I called again. Same answer. The woman I spoke to is snotty and very unprofessional.
