In the care and planning process of my father Jesse, Russ took care of all our needs in the utmost professional yet caring manner from beginning to end. My sisters and I couldn’t ask for a better experience from Russ and his staff, they all were just wonderful in our time of sorrow.
Russ made the process of saying goodbye to my Mom easy. I believe Mom was smiling from above at the turnout. The coffee provided was a nice offering. He got us copies of her death certificate, which I appreciated. Thanks Russ!
