I was in the area overnight with a a 2022 Transit fleet vehicle. Needed to find a dealer to get an oil change and this was the closest one. Natasha was at the service counter and was friendly, yet professional. She estimated a 90 minute wait time due to other vehicles already in the shop. Less than 90 minutes later, she came and found me in the waiting room and told me the vehicle was ready. Good service, polite and professional workers. Pleased with how quickly they got my vehicle through.
Great service department! Recently purchased a RV, during our first trip our air bag fault light illuminated. Contacted White’s Ford Service department and got an appointment within 3 business days. Troubleshot, ordered the part, and resolved the issue within 2 days. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your Ford service needs!
