Corben came over and change oil and all the filters in the B series Cumins in our older boat. He changed the serpentine belt which was a bit of a chore. We got the engine fired up and running smoothly with the injectors bled. We had a couple of quite new expensive batteries that had gotten baldly run down and I’d pretty much given up on salvaging, but Corben gave me some ideas on how to get them to take a charge (which I implemented) and now they are back up to 12.5. Mid vacation with a troublesome boat generator? DO NOT BOTHER to phone these people, they promise to call back, yet never do. The customer has to make the effort to call them again and again, even to the point where junior left for the weekend after promising to call back in less than one hour. I’d rate them zero stars if possible. Thanks for nothing Whites Diesel.
Staff and Jr are all awesome, easy to work with.
Jerry was a great help- had the parts we needed in stock and then arranged them to come direct to our boat on the other side of the Strait.
