Fifteen days later, this experience is still a reminder of how quickly trust can be lost. I brought my vehicle in expecting professional brake service and left with ongoing concerns, wasted time, and a level of frustration that should never come with paying for repairs. What should have been a routine service became an unnecessary ordeal. The most disappointing part was not just the unresolved noise issue - it was the attitude I encountered afterward. Instead of listening and working toward a fair resolution, management and... read more
It has now been two weeks since this experience, and the frustration still remains. What should have been a straightforward brake service turned into an ongoing issue made worse by poor customer service and a lack of accountability. The noise problem was never handled in a way that gave me confidence, and the dismissive treatment from management and staff is what stands out most. Customers spend hard-earned money expecting competent repairs and honest communication. Instead, I left feeling like my concerns were minimized an... read more
My frustration only grew after dealing with management and the technician. Instead of taking ownership of the ongoing brake issue after I paid significant money for repairs, I was met with condescending comments and a dismissive attitude. As a customer, that is unacceptable. When someone returns with a concern, they should be treated with respect and professionalism - not talked down to or made to feel like their concerns do not matter. The real issue became bigger than the brake noise itself. It became about how customers ... read more
The worst place ever! Danielle the service manager is horrible and nasty. The manager and his mom who is the owner could care Iess about customer satisfaction. I brought my Lincoln Corsair in to get new tires put on. My husband was behind me when I dropped the car off, I left the car overnight. My husband dropped me off to pick the car up. My husband was following me and informed me that my rear lights were not working. They were working the night before! I ended up having to leave the car there again, and pay $600.00 to... read more
Avoid this dealership. Pricing is not transparent, condescending upper management staff for a savvy consumer. IIn my recent experience had a salesperson that couldn't even reply to my online request and answer basic questions referred to another member of staff I assume higher up who was rude, condescending and someone who I would never want to deal with. Their pricing is definitely not transparent and not as advertised online. When it came down to it no matter what the discounts, they had advertised online: $1500 Dealer dis... read more
From the moment we walked in to Fair Oaks Lincoln, the staff was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. We drove from the northern suburbs to this dealership as they came highly recommended. Our product specialist Alfonso Castillo was knowledgeable about not only the car we were interested in purchasing but about other cars in it's class. Alfonso went over all the features on the vehicle and more importantly how to use them. The financing process was just as smooth and stress free. Ken explained all our options... read more
We recently experienced the most seamless car-buying process in our history, thanks to Bernie and Paul at Sentry Lincoln. Both Bernie and Paul were absolute professionals who went the extra mile for us during the purchase of our new Lincoln Nautilus. While we waited for the vehicle to arrive in Boston, Bernie kept us updated on the status throughout the entire process. They are true gentlemen who perfectly balance traditional values with a modern approach to service. We look forward to a long-lasting relationship with them... read more
This is the worst dealership - we have bought 2 Lincoln’s from this dealership and never again. A bunch of false promises - anything for the sell. Beware of the promises and the maintenance packages as they do not honor them or want to half ass everything. I would recommend buying a Volkswagen before buying a Lincoln from these snake oil salesmen.
⭐️ 1 Star – Long-time customer completely disappointed I have been a customer of Lincoln of Wayne since 2013 and purchased two vehicles from this dealership. For years, all services and repairs were done here and I was satisfied—until the purchase of my second car and the dealership’s move to the new building. Since then, the quality of service and customer care has declined dramatically. The main reason for this review is my repeated experience working with Melanie, who acted as the service advisor. Unfortunately, these i... read more
