Yesterday, my wife's car wouldn't start and I did a bit of trouble shooting. It was plainly the battery which is a Nissan battery with a 09/23 manufacturer sticker on the top. I call Whites and after being transferred from parts and service to parts again, I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day at 0730. Once I arrive from Fort Campbell (a 30 minute drive) with the battery I am told because it's not in the DEAD car they won't replace it.
