Beware! Poor customer service, Parts Changers cannot fix major issues cannot diagnose problems and repair them accordingly! My vehicle was there for over 4 months when in with one problem and left out with the same. They change parts that didn't need to be changed throwing parts and money at the problem instead of diagnosing it.

I am so happy I chose White’s auto for repairs to my BMW. Outstanding above and beyond customer service. Quality work and parts for a ver fair price and I didn’t have to go to Metairie! Tremaine provided pictures and diagrams for every repair made. Invoices can be handled through your phone. Everything was so quick and convenient. He called often to keep me updated and explained everything very patiently. Mr Johnnie cleaned my engine and under carriage to perfection as an extra service.
Knowledgeable mechanics with thorough service. Informative about the diagnosis with user friendly technology to approve and pay for service rendered. I recommend getting service from this repair shop they will get you done right.
