This is the second time I've used Kevin, he is a great technician and very good with customers. I've used him on one of my rental properties and at my daughter's home and why I'm reviewing today. He's really good at what he does thank you!
Very knowledgeable I know I won't have anyone else look at my a/ c but One hour heating and A/C
We had a One Hour tech diagnose a high pressure switch as being the issue on 08/03/2023. Tech was nice and answered questions. Next day we scheduled for One Hour to come out on 08/05/2023 and replace the switch. Tech arrives in the time slot (8-12) on 08/05/2023 and has no idea as what is going on after looking at whole system and being told what previous tech diagnosed.
