Arrogant and incompetent plumber. Full of why he was so expensive as he had to pay Income Tax and Vat. He doesn't seem to realise that his customers also have to pay Income Tax. He came up with lots of reasons that the job might incur even more costs. The tap was only 9 months old and hardly used. I knew this was a simple job so I watched over him, and he didn't like this as amazingly some other expense could have inevitably cropped up. Had Young Billie and Johnnie in to fix a leak from my tap in my bathroom, which ended up being more challenging than initially presented. Gents did excellent, tidy and efficient work and completed the work to the quoted price. Would have no issues in recommending Whiterose to other family members, and will likely go back if we need any further plumbing work completed. Incredibly pleased with finding a local plumber who can be relied on in a pinch!
