I’m here for my kid’s flu shot. My Kid is a bit nervous and reluctant to take the jacket off to show the arm. I was trying to distract my kid by pointing a stinker on the wall. The lady rushed us and said: “ we don’t have time for this, we have a busy clinic today.” So I ent sit down. The lady took off my kid’s jacket rudely and my kid is so scared and started to cry out. i leave this review specifically for the front desk lady, the bickering mid age Caucasian who were constantly hostile to the patients: if you are not happy where you are, switch job and stop ruining everyone else’s day. You said I don’t have an appointment, and said I have to leave, and threatens me, I have to call in to Fraser health to check my appointment and nurse confirmed it.
