The process to start building here was long and painful. We were constantly told a different date by the developer for when the land was going to be registered & settled. The first was Feb 2024, then April, then Sept & we eventually settled in Nov 24. The area is beautiful and we love living here, so I wouldn’t deter people from buying in. No explanation on why stages are delayed. Blame is deflected to council with zero substance to why and expect buyers to accept it. 18 months from putting down the deposit - be lucky to have it built in time before trades are redirected for Brisbane Olympics projects.
