Our dryer would not start. We assumed we would have to buy a new one. We had seen WTSA on Piedmont Hwy and decided to call. Todd came out that same night and determined that the switch was bad. He hot wired it somehow (safely) so it would work temporarily. He ordered the part and came back within a week and installed it. The dryer is now working good as new. We would highly recommend Todd and his company and we will definitely call him the next we have any appliance problems. Thanks again Todd. Bob & Sybil Petty, Piedmont
I called them last Thursday and had an appointment for that Saturday afternoon for someone to look at my Samsung top loader washing machine. They told me they would text me when they were on their way. No one ever text me and no one showed up. I will not attempt to try this company again.
