Hi We were looking for a suv and we went to the white oak dealership on mavis road, the staff was very cooperative and kind. As a retired Ford Canada employee whenever I visit this dealership whether the previous or current ownership I always feltl used violated or taken for granted. I,purchased a 2021 Lincoln Nautilus with less than an 100Km August 2026,a short time after my purchase the engine light came on. I did a code check and discovered that I had purge valve leak, which I thought would be covered under 110 Km ,Lincoln power train warranty.It wasn't, because apparently it's a emission and not a power train issue. Need to replace a shield on my car. Service staff order the wrong part for me. Manager gave me a discount on labour after. But when I arrived the second time, Again they said wrong part is ordered and need to reorder again. End up they need to the part again the third time!!! Is this acceptable especially from a dealership!!??? I need to go to the shop multiple time just to replace a shield. Totally unacceptable!
I had an excellent experience at this dealership. The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.
