We had such a great experience with the Whitemarsh ambulance EMT crew. Both of them were knowledgeable and professional. They assess the situation quickly, brought in the stretcher and had my mom in the ER in no time. They were very nice, courteous and communicated very well. Thank you for all your support!
I would like to know why ambulance professionals would have a fall victim climb into the ambulance after smacking her left knee and leg instead of putting her on a stretcher when she didn’t even know if her knee was shattered or if there were severe damage. Not to mention the fact that I’m a heavy woman and they had me climb in the small door by putting a box of some sort to use as a step. They caused me more pain just by getting into the ambulance. Really unprofessional
I was so pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and professionalism of the two EMT/paramedics who assisted me during an emergency at work in August 2019. The gentleman EMT who attended to me in the back of the ambulance was SO KIND and made me feel at ease when I didn't know what was causing the pain. Thank you to Whitemarsh for employing such excellent, courteous and personable staff. We are fortunate to have these two individuals in the community.
