Worst medical centre, booked appointment for my daughter for 11am, on arrival we have been told , we have 20 mins waiting. But took 1 hour 30 minutes to see doctor.

Dr. AbdulSattar Ali has been my go to GP in this medical centre. He is gentle, kind and I don’t feel like I’m being rushed. Dr Riaz Hashemi is also the same! The receptionists could use a little customer service training though. And I wouldn’t recommend the Physio here - the bed and face rest cushion pillow smells like sweat. They could at least sanitise it every after patient. Would not come back for another physio appointment here.

I had a very disappointing experience with this practice due to the lack of knowledge and communication from the reception staff. I booked an appointment two weeks in advance specifically for the yellow fever vaccine. However, only on the day of my appointment after seeing the doctor I was told they didn’t have the vaccine in stock and that it would take another two weeks to order. This nearly caused me to miss my flight. I’m leaving this review to warn others, as I’ve since noticed several reviews describing the same issue.... read more
