Wasn’t pleased with my experience. I called to have my septic tank pumped and claimed that I didn’t have one… continued to pump two of three leach tanks and said that was my “septic” and he had never seen this system before. It’s pretty common for back in the day though. Took extra cash for the second pump and come to find out now I do have an actual tank because the inspector found it and failed it.. nice guy but should have known about my system if he’s been in the business for a long time. Never gave me a receipt either.
Rob did a great job as always! He's very professional, responsive, and thorough! He's the best around and prices are very reasonable.
