No wait time, clear communication and good energy. I got to my appointment early and was immediately taken to an exam room, where a Tech quickly came to check us in. Dr. Reese had great communication on all fronts, this was our first visit after changing vets and it couldn't have been a more positive experience. We had to wait for test result (not a problem) but the whole thing took less than an hour which is wonderful.
Absolutely wonderful staff. I can't say enough good things about them.
