This is a very nice dentist office. The staff and doctor are super friendly.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Alexander Lavarez and the front desk staff about two weeks ago. From the beginning, it felt like their main focus was maximizing my insurance coverage and pushing for as much out-of-pocket payment as possible, rather than prioritizing my actual dental needs.
