Your response is ridiculous. First of all, I called you for help. You are a landscaping company so I just assumed you could provide a service without judgement. So instead of feeling sorry for me, you could have offered some suggestions or given feedback on the appropriate plants to use that require less care or watering. Second of all, judging people without any understanding of what the circumstances are is a horrible way to conduct a business.
