Brooklyn was my initial contact for my order for bereavement spray. She was super sweet, compassionate, and accommodating. We needed our arrangement delivered on a Saturday even though the shop was closed. The owner of the shop Rebecca delivered the arrangement to our celebration of life for our loved one.
