Originally, when I was thinking about this review, it would have been a one star. However, as time progressed and communication with Toyota, particularly Holly, continued, it became clear to me that they valued customer service and value their customers. Travis and the Service team were able to diagnose the issues with my horn and signal lights quickly, efficiently, and enthusiastically.
I was looking for a Toyota Grand Highlander and nobody had anything available across the country. I called White Horse Toyota and spoke with Derek. He was kind enough to look through all of the dealers close to me and guide me to one that had the exact model I was looking for, and the sale wasn't going through him. Incredible customer service. If I was able to purchase a vehicle through them I would in a heartbeat.
I had wonderful experience here and I had a lot of work done. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and the techs went above and beyond. Eric tuned my 1972 FJ40 and had it starting and running like new! Brandon changed my timing belt and tensioners on my 1996 Hilux Surf and brought other issues that needed addressing to my attention. AVOID SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! expensive add-ons are applied without consent. unnecessary and expensive repairs are recommended that do not address the issue. Toyota makes a great vehicle, but this service department will leave you feeling ripped off.
